Service maintenance agreement

A technical maintenance agreement from Porsche Finance Group entails transferring the process, organisation and supervision of vehicle maintenance and related processes to our company's very own specialists. Owing to this, you will have the opportunity to reduce organisation-related expenditures and the costs of automobile maintenance by up to 15%.

According to this contract, you can obtain the necessary services at all dealerships throughout Ukraine that are Porsche Finance Group partners without incurring any additional charges or delays.

This type of agreement can be either open-ended or closed-ended.

 

Open-ended agreement

The peculiarity of an open-ended agreement is that it is directly related to the actual cost of the services rendered. In accordance with this, the client enjoys the following advantages:

  • Minimum fixed monthly payments for a year (or 6 months)
  • The ability to accurately plan fleet costs for the year (or half-year)
  • Continuous monitoring of actual costs
  • A changed price and the inclusion of certain services in the service package in order to adapt it to real needs as much as possible
  • The lack of binding to the actual mileage upon reaching the end of the contract
  • A 100% refund of the value of any services not received for the duration of the contract

Closed-end agreement

The peculiarity of a closed-end agreement is that it is bound to the vehicle's actual mileage at the end of the contract term. In this regard, the monthly payment is reviewed every 6 or 12 months according to the odometer's indicators. Towards the end of the contract, the following options are available:

  • The actual mileage differs from the scheduled mileage by no more than 2500 km (whether greater or less). In this case, no additional calculations are normally carried out.
  • The actual mileage differs from the projected amount by between 2,501 and 10,000 km. If the vehicle's mileage exceeds the projected amount, the client also pays 100% of the cost of the mileage run. If the vehicle has travelled less than the projected amount, the client will receive a refund of 50% of the cost of the mileage run.
  • The actual mileage differs from the projected mileage by more than 10,000 km (whether greater or less). In this case, a comparison of the actual services provided will be carried out and the respective fees for those services (similar to an open-end type of service).
